  • What is SSA

    It is an international project of EESTEC which is implemented all over Europe. The main objective of the project is to give students the opportunity to improve their personal and professional skills which will have a positive impact on their self-awareness and self-confidence. During the Academy students have a chance to develop skills such as leadership, teamwork, presentation and communication skills, emotional intelligence and other related topics.

  • SSA in Xanthi

    LC Xanthi has a strong tradition in soft skills developement, having organized 3 SSAs in the past years. We will continue to organize SSA as an open project for EESTEC and non-EESTEC members.

  • About SSA 3

    SSA 3 was the third edition of SSA LC Xanthi organized, and it took place in November 2019. The goal again was to raise the awareness about the importance of Soft Skills throughout the student community. The 2-day seminar focused on two main soft skills categories, Self Development and Team Management. The training sessions were delivered by EESTEC Trainers in collaboration with trainers from other organizations, in Greek and English.

  • About SSA 2

    SSA 2 was the second edition of SSA LC Xanthi organized, and took place in October 2017. The goal was to raise the awareness about the importance of soft skills in the working field throughout student community. The 2-day seminar focused on the main soft skills category, Self Development. The two sub-sessions were about Habits Of Highly Effective People and Feedback & Strokes. Each one of the two training sessions lasted about 8 hours (4 hours per day) and were delivered by EESTEC Trainers..

  • About SSA 1

    On November 2016 and for the first time, LC Xanthi organized an SSA in order to raise the awareness about the importance of soft skills in the working field throughout students. The 2-day seminar focused on two soft skills categories, Leadership and Self Development. In the Leadership session the participants practiced their Communication skills and learned about the importance of delegation and motivation in a leader. In the Self Development session they focused on skills such as Self Confidence, Personal Branding and Emotional Intelligence. Each one of the two training sessions lasted about 4 hours and were delivered by EESTEC Trainers.
